Welcome

The High Desert Employer Advisory Council (HDEAC) exists to provide Human Resource, Regulatory, and Legislative services to its members. Your membership dues and the resources provided by the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) support the efforts of the HDEAC.

HDEAC serves the local communities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Barstow, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Phelan, Victorville and Wrightwood. We are a business friendly group and gladly welcome your company in our organization to network and promote healthy business growth.

HDEAC Investment Time / Money

The annual cost of membership is $60.00.

Workshops are held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the EDD office in Victorville, off the I-15 and Palmdale Road exit, at 15419 Cholame Road. The cost of each workshop includes a continental breakfast. $10.00 for members $15.00 for non-members.

Luncheon Seminars are held at the Green Tree Quality Inn & Suites, 14173 Green Tree Blvd., Victorville, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Price is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers. Luncheon seminars are also held in Barstow at the Sizzler Restaurant - 1523 E. Main St., Barstow 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Price: $15 for members and $25 for nonmembers.
