The Accounting and Compliance Enterprise System (ACES) was successfully implemented on January 18, 2011. ACES replaces EDD's legacy Tax Accounting System (TAS) and many stand-alone systems in Tax Branch. ACES will provide a new Internet based way for EDD to serve and interact with its primary customer, California's employer community.
