Bruce Matlock, Attorney at Law, will be guest speaker for the Labor Law Update 2009. Mr. Matlock is a California attorney with over 30 years experience practicing Human Resources law. He represents employers on a wide variety of issues, including Wage and Hour, Sexual Harassment, and Labor Disputes. Mr. Matlock holds the position of Legislative Chairperson for the California Employer Advisory Council (CEAC), and provides consultations to EAC members throughout California via the CEAC Management Hotline.
Topics to be discussed at this seminar include:
• Review of Legislative year 2008 and what to expect in 2009
• Top 10 reasons why employers get into trouble
• FAQs from the CEAC Management Hotline
