Welcome
The High Desert Employer Advisory Council (HDEAC) exists to provide Human Resource, Regulatory, and Legislative services to its members. Your membership dues and the resources provided by the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) support the efforts of the HDEAC.
HDEAC serves the local communities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Barstow, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Phelan, Victorville and Wrightwood. We are a business friendly group and gladly welcome your company in our organization to network and promote healthy business growth.

HDEAC Investment Time / Money
The annual cost of membership is $60.00.
Workshops are held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the EDD Workforce Services office in Victorville, off the I-15 and Palmdale Road exit, at 15419 Cholame Road. The cost of each workshop includes morning refreshments. $10.00 for members $15.00 for non-members.
Luncheon seminars are held at the Green Tree Golf Course Clubhouse, 14144 Green Tree Blvd., Victorville, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers. Luncheon seminars are also held in Barstow at Quigley's Restaurant, 2841 Lenwood Rd., Barstow, from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Cost is $15 for members and $25 for nonmembers.
