About Us
The SEAC is a cross-section of employer volunteers from businesses and organizations throughout the Sacramento area. We help educate employers about relevant employment issues and related legal concerns.
We partner with EDD to increase cooperation and communication between EDD and the private sector. We also assist employers in their efforts to give back to their communities by advocating local workforce development efforts, supporting veterans' and other employment and educationally focused not-for-profit groups, and providing scholarships.
As a not-for-profit employer advocacy group, we present an alternative to large, faceless associations. We offer monthly breakfast meetings, luncheons, or all day seminars where well-respected attorneys and other human resource experts provide "nuts and bolts" information. We are large enough to attract great speakers, yet small enough to allow you to ask direct questions during the presentation. We understand your time is valuable and strive to justify your investment.
Please explore our website. We look forward to meeting you at one of our events!
