We'd all love to work in a positive, rewarding, and high-energy environment, but many of us still face a workplace of strained relationships, overwork, misinformation, and unhealthy communication patters. As leaders, we can make fundamental and positive change in our workplace, resulting in improved results in your business! In this session you will:
• Understand your role in creating the social environment at work, including the degree of engagement of your employees.
• Understand the things that support positive change and those things that work against positive change.
• Make a plan for improving the climate at work that aligns values and actions, and creates positive energy around change.
Claire Laughlin is a consultant and trainer dedicated to positive organizational change. With more than 15 years of teaching, training, and consulting experience, Claire's passion is helping groups and organizations work together to build exceptional, high-energy and values-driven workplaces.
