EOC of Orange County

The Employer Advisory Council of Orange County is a non-profit corporation whose members represent public and private sector employers throughout the county, and whose primary purpose is to establish a working relationship with the State of California’s Employment Development Department (EDD).

Greater Harbor EAC

We partner with EDD to increase cooperation and communication between EDD and the private sector, and identify ways to improve EDD services. Its commitment is to assist employers in conducting their business more effectively and efficiently, to provide information on employment related issues.

Imperial Valley EAC

Our focus is to facilitate communications between EDD and employers, which will promote a greater understanding of employer needs, and EDD’s ability to meet to those needs.

San Diego EAC

Our local commitment is to further employer success by providing information and guidance on employment related issues and to optimize employer’s return on investment of their payroll taxes.
