Kelly Scott heads ECJ's Employment Law Department and has over 20 years of experience in wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, class action, disability, medical leave, investigation and compliance training matters. He is the editor of his firm's monthly "Employment Law Reporter" and is a frequent contributor to various business and employment publications. He was named a Southern California Super Lawyer (2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005) by Los Angeles magazine, and maintains a Martindale Hubbell peer rating of AV.
Alan Sugano, President ADS Consulting Group, Inc.
Mr. Sugano is a Contributing Editor for Windows IT Pro and writes a Networking Update monthly email column for Windows IT Pro. He is the author of Real-World Network, Troubleshooting Manual, which is a practical guide to network troubleshooting. Mr. Sugano has been a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Window Server – Networking since 2004. Mr. Sugano graduated from California State University, Northridge with a double major in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Management Systems Analysis (MSA).
