Details: Our Guest Speaker will be David Torres, J.D., Senior Partner at Employer Strategic Services Group. Mr. Torres has successfully consulted, advocated, and supported management in Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, and safety matters in various business and public sector environments. This seminar will provide information regarding an employer’s legal requirements for employee documentation, labor commissioner and safety documentation, employee relations, and litigation protection.
The luncheon menu will include an entree, vegetable, salad, dessert, and beverage.
