Details: During this session, we will cover basic wage-hour principles, including the new minimum wage, exempt/non-exempt classification, appropriate use of independent contractors, rest break and meal period rules, calculating bonuses for non-exempt employees, and payroll practices. In addition, you will learn about various employer "blunders" to help identify potential problem areas in your organization.
