Details: Learn the California Workers' Compensation leaves of absence under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), including: * The distinctions between permanent and temporary leaves. * Common issues related to employees returning from leave. * Employer and employee obligations regarding other leaves of absence. Eugene Ryu is a member of Littler Mendelson P.C., specializing in California Workers' Compensation issues. He provides counseling and representation to clients on a variety of matters regarding labor and employment law, including Americans with Disability Act and Fair Employment and Housing Act compliance, family and medical leave issues, insurance coverage, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and human resources decisions.
