Details: HR Audits, Misconduct Investigations, and Key Privacy Issues in the Workplace
With increasing governmental regulation of the workplace, new challenges arise for human resources (HR) professionals and in-house counsel to achieve successful compliance. In this presentation, Victor Schachter and Allen Kato will identify best practices for HR audits, workplace misconduct investigations, and privacy policies in the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on practical, proactive steps to maximize successful compliance. Ample time will be provided for questions and answers.
