Details: The Marin County EAC invites you to attend the wage and hour seminar. You will learn the basics about California's wage and hour laws including: Overtime Hours worked Recordkeeping requirements Payment upon termination Paydays and pay periods Exempt/non-exempt Benefits Reimbursement of expenses Meal and rest periods Uniforms and tools Time off from work Minors/child labor laws Workplace postings Alternative workweeks Michael Campbell is the Senior Deputy Labor Commissioner with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) Santa Rosa District Office. He graduated from the University of the South, and received an advanced degree from the University of Chicago. He has been with DLSE for six years as a Deputy Labor commissioner and Hearing Officer. His prior experience includes service as a Consultant for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and extensive experience in employment and labor matters.
