Details: How to keep people productive and get the best from them Christine Silver is a management consultant and trainer. Her career is rich in hands-on human resources work and effective corporate training. With more than 15 years of experience, she is known as a practical, no-nonsense trainer with a penchant for providing her clients with the right tools for ongoing success. Since 2002, she has worked closely with Marty Brounstein, consultant, speaker, author, and principal of The Practical Solutions Group. Christine brings her classes to life by sharing practical examples from her experience with hundreds of clients. Her creative-yet-disciplined teaching approach results in an interactive and lively learning experience where clients come away with a sense of having been a full participant in their own development. Her training and coaching expertise covers the following skill areas: interview and candidate selection, leadership development, effective communication, making presentations, and customer service. Her experience as a one-on-one coach has helped managers in their performance management efforts. Christine has a bachelor's degree in Child Development from San Jose State University and a certificate in Human Resource Management from University of California, Santa Cruz.
