Jonathan Allan Klein is Managing Director of Kelly, Hockel & Klein, P.C., an 11-attorney firm with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Mr. Klein specializes in employment, labor, and commercial litigation, and has extensive trial experience representing primarily employers in state and federal courts throughout California and across the country. Mr. Klein has defended numerous clients in successful jury trials, but prides himself on counseling his clients on how to avoid litigation, and trial, where appropriate.
