Our presenter will be James William Potts, CEO of Potts & Associates, a Pasadena-based human resources consulting firm. Wage & Hour issues continue to haunt employers of every industry. Employees, attorneys, and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement are forcing employers into compliance. The penalties are stiff, and the payouts are getting higher. The choices are: Get into compliance, or pay the price. These issues are not going away. Jim Potts will explore the most common issues and make recommendations to help each attendee protect their organization from potential liability.
The luncheon menu will include an entree, vegetable, salad, dessert, and beverage.
