Brian Ashe, Attorney, a partner in the San Francisco law firm of Seyfarth Shaw, represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His main areas of practice are employment litigation and counseling. Mr. Ashe defends employers in discrimination litigation, trade secret cases, wrongful termination actions, and matters involving unions. He advises clients in various aspects of human resources management, including employee discipline, employee handbooks, sexual harassment and prevention, and disability matters. Mr. Ashe speaks widely to management groups on employment-related issues and is often quoted in newspapers and magazines on employment law issues. Mr. Ashe received his juris doctorate from George Washington University.
