Details:
Do people in your workplace fly off the handle and act inappropriately? Do you think of certain people as hotheaded and unmanageable? Are you annoyed with coworkers who disrupt meetings? Difficult employees may harm group morale, productivity, and increase workplace stress. By being mindful of your own issues related to conflict and using preventive approaches, you will be able to manage troubling employees.
Learn how to:
• Identify specific behaviors that may trigger difficult employees.
• Communicate to prevent escalation of verbal aggression.
• Examine your emotional reactions to cope with workplace conflicts.
• Apply mindful communication in meetings.
