Speaker Bios:
Jordan T. L. Peters has devoted her career to providing assertive but compassionate employment law assistance to clients throughout the Sacramento, California, area. With a wide breadth of employment law knowledge, and a hunger for helping you end unfair treatment in the workplace, Ms. Peters is able to address various issues ranging from harassment to discrimination. Ms. Peters is a tenured, Associate Professor in the College of Business at California State University, Sacramento, where she teaches business law and employment law.
Mark Janatour is a Senior Deputy Laor Commissioner with the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Charles Post is a shareholder with Weintraub Genshlea Chediak Tobin & Tobin. He is a member of the firm's Litigation group and is the chair of the Labor and Employment group. Chuck actively practices in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance coverage and appellate law. His employment practice includes counseling employers in all areas of employment law and representing management in the defense of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, trade secret, and other employment disputes.
