The Merced County EAC is having their Fall Employer Seminar. Attorney Gary Bethel, office managing shareholder for the law firm of Littler Mendelson, will be presenting a mid-year employment law update, addressing topics that will keep employers out of trouble and out of the courts.

Mr. Bethel has addressed the Merced EAC in past seminars and is now back by popular demand. Littler Mendelson is the nation’s largest employment litigation practice, representing management exclusively.

Merced County employers will find his presentation valuable and timely.
