In this seminar you will learn the leaves of absence an employer must grant. Topics covered include the Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, Paid Family Leave, Disability and Pregnancy Leave, Americans with Disabilities Act, Military Leave, Jury Duty, and more.
