About the Speaker:
Thuy Pham joined Employee Benefits Security Administration, Los Angeles Regional Office of the U. S. Department of Labor in 2009 as a Benefits Advisor for the Outreach and Educational Assistance Unit, and provides technical assistance to employers, plan administrators, and participants regarding ERISA benefit and compliance issues. Ms. Pham has conducted numerous presentations on ERISA-related matters. Ms. Pham holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
With the Los Angeles Regional office jurisdiction consisting of Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa and Wake Island, Ms. Pham has formed numerous partnerships with city, county, state and federal agencies and non-profit organizations to promote EBSA and educate the public.
