Bruce Matlock is the Legislative Chair for the CEAC and a California attorney with more than 30 years of human resource experience. He provides representation and consultation to a wide variety of employers throughout California. Before entering private practice, Mr. Matlock was Director of Labor Relations for Price Club and Vice President of human resources for the administrative and reservation offices of Princess Cruises.

Randy Vance is a member of the EDD's Tax Branch's Accounting and Compliance Enterprise System (ACES) team. Paul Wessen is a lead economist with the EDD Labor Market Information Division (LMID). He has worked in LMID for ten years and is wellknown for his thorough and detailed economic update presentations.

Laura Harris is the president of the CEAC and has served in this capacity for three years. Prior to becoming President, Ms. Harris served as the CEAC vice president for four years and has been involved with the Greater Riverside EAC in various capacities such as chairperson, vice chairperson, treasurer, and other board positions. Ms. Harris currently works for the Riverside County Economic Development Agency Workforce Development office.

Frances Laskey is the past president of the CEAC and has served in this capacity for three years. Ms. Laskey served as CEAC President from 2004 to 2008 and has served as Region 2 vice president as well as the East Bay EAC Chairperson for many years. Ms. Laskey currently works for Berkeley Policy Associates as the human resources director and information technology expert.

Naomi Hamamoto is the CEAC Coordinator and has served in this capacity for 10 years. Ms. Hamamoto has worked extensively with the CEAC board, EAC chairs, EAC coordinators, and EDD Executive management ensuring that the EDD/CEAC partnership continues to be strong and viable.

Dennis Maderios is the CEAC Treasurer and has actively served the North Valley EAC and Region 1 since 1998 in the capacity of EAC chairperson and regional vice president. Mr. Maderios is currently a Senior Vice President of North Valley Bank and serves as the human resources director.

Lynne McGinnis is the CEAC Financial Advisor and has been an integral part of Region 6 for more than 20 years. Ms. McGinnis was instrumental in getting San Fernando Valley EAC back in operation after being inactive for almost three years. She also helped to resolve Antelope Valley EAC's financial issues. Ms. McGinnis is self-employed as the owner of Best Practices Bookkeeping.
