Fee

The conference registration fee is $99 up to April 22, 2011. After April 22 and until May 1, 2011, the registration fee is $125. This fee includes admission to all sessions, presentations, exhibits, materials, refreshments for breakfast, and a plated lunch. Your registration fee may be tax deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant to make sure. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or regular mail.

Deadline

May 1, 2011, is the last day registrations will be accepted. Substitutions can be made any time by contacting the Registrar at .

Hotel Accommodations

The Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport is located at 4900 Duckhorn Drive, Sacramento, CA 95834. Please call (916) 263-9000 to book your guestroom at the CEAC Conference room rate of $84 single. This room rate is available through May 1, 2011. Please note that checkin is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon.

The Four Points by Sheraton offers complimentary parking for all guests.

Airport

The Sacramento International Airport is the most convenient airport to the Four Points by Sheraton.

Ground Transportation

The Four Points by Sheraton provides transportation from the airport to and from the hotel.
