Management Hot Line
One of the many benefits of CEAC membership is use of the "Management Hotline". The "Hotline" receives an average of 100 contacts a month, and is answered by Bruce Matlock, an attorney with more than 30 years experience in Human Resources and employment law. Bruce has been the CEAC "Hotline" Consultant for over 5 years. The "Hotline" allows members to ask questions that can be quickly answered by phone or e-mail. Questions are normally answered within 24 hours.
Here is a brief description of Bruce's experience;
Bruce provides representation and consultation to a wide variety of employers throughout California. He also is the Legislative Chair for the Employer Advisory Council and administers the "Hotline" for EAC members. Before entering private practice, Bruce was Director of Labor Relations for Price Clubs and VP of HR for the administrative and reservation offices of Princess Cruises. Bruce is also an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands School of Business, teaching Human Resource Management and Business Law.
